• Set deadlines; overdue tasks are marked unfinished until you renew or cancel them
• When a task is done, your helper asks to finish it — you accept, or send it back with a note
• Close the project and keep the full record forever

A record you can both stand on

Nothing in FieldSync can be edited or deleted — not by you, not by your helper, not by us. Corrections are added next to the original, never over it. If there is ever a disagreement, the record speaks for itself.
